She likes to get lost
To be hiding where she can be found
To be hidden in the flutter of the wind
And the blush of the autumn foliage
The rustling of the colours beneath her feet
And the billowing in the sky above her
To be lost in nature’s beauty is a gift
To not, is to be blind.
To give a brief description of what I just wrote, its a split between attention and nature. “To be hiding where she can be found” is like being hidden in plain sight. It’s kind of like no one really pays attention to the things around them, and in this case, nature, so to be hidden within nature is kind of like a metaphor for paying attention to what is around you. “To not, is to be blind” means that if you cannot pay attention to the most beautiful and simple of things around you, you are blind.
